Peace Meeting held at Gangolli

Gangolli: A peace meeting was held at Gangolli police station on Monday in view of the forthcoming festive season. Addressing the meeting Gangolli Police station SI Gopal Naik said few unwanted incidents have taken place at Gangulli in the past few days. The Police will take seviour action against those who will take part in such type of incidents. He urged every one to maintain peace during Ramzan and other festivals in the village.

Every one should co-operate in maintaining peace and live a peaceful life. Love and confidence can be acheived if the people of all the community live together with more understanding and by helping each other he said. Juma Masjid  former secretary Younus Saheb said the leaders of both the community should sit and solve if any problem arises. This way it is possible to prevent all such problems.
Former Mandal Panchayat president B.Sadanand Shenoy said no relegion teaches hatredness. The Govt. should not spare all those who want to create hatredness between the relegions. At the same time the leaders of each community should take precautionery steps to prevent such incidents being happened.
Gangolli village panchayat members B.Raghavendra Pai,Abdul Razzak, Gangolli Juma Masjid president Zainal Abidin,blood donner Divakar S.Kharvi,Mohamed Ibrahim and Marco Trasi were present at the meeting.-UW-
