Inspector Ganesh M Hegde DCIB Police Udupi getting tips from his informers that near Adi Udupi somebody was waiting for his customers for Ganja substance, Inspector Ganesh waited with his team for the party. In the raid Fazl (38 yrs) S/o Late Ismael, resident of BSF Factory, Surathkal, Mangalore and Akif alias Asif (23 yrs) S/o Isac G, resident of Perlagadi, Chakki Thota Hoode, Udupi Taluk have been remanded to Police custody upon recovering 720 gms Ganja , 2 motor bykes and cash Rs. 650/-.
The hashish substance worth Rs. 1,07,750 bykes and other things all inclusive, police have recovered the substance from the accused 2.
A case has been registered in Udupi Town Police Station against the accused. In the directives of Dr. Boralingayya, DCIB Inspector & his clerical staff have succeeded arresting these people.
